Need some new rear brake pads for the Thunderace, besides brembo, who makes decent pads?

Are EBC any good?

Cheers

Hi

EBC are fine, especially the HH ones. Whether you want such good pads in a rear caliper is another question.

All the best

Just stick the standard ones in mate.

You'll probably find you use the rear brake a lot less often on a bigger bike, if at all.

I've never had to replace rear pads in any bike i've had, ever.

Replaced with standard EBC pads. Been told HH are for the fronts, not for use on the rears.

Bike's also just passed it's MOT today so I'm now taxed, tested & insured...wooo, I'm away.

Nice one, just go steady in this wet weather. Its easy to get a nasty shock.

What they said Thumbs Up

I use HH's up front and standards in the back - they only wear 'cos the pistons stick through lack of use Smile

I've even known people bleed a little air into the back brake to soften it up. It's only there for the MOT really Wink

Rear brakes are great. Makes smooth stops at the lights or big 90o skids that freak pillions out.
