Hi all.

Just a quick question.

I used to have a Kn'N induction kit on my last car and it gave a wicked deep rumble when you accelerated.

I just wanted to know if you get the same effect when you fit one to your GSXR 600 K3?

If so which filter is recommended??

Cheers

induction roar as we used to call it!

i think i know what you mean made the engine sound more throaty more powerful somehow when you stuck the revs on!

if im right then kind of im going off my 400 and i did notice a slight sound difference yes but not enough that a passer by would turn and go woah i bet he has a k&n on that! like ya do some cars. It may have more sound difference on a higher cc bike but i cant answer that for ya.

I once had a K&N (or some other similar generic filter) on an Alfaromeo once, it was bloody loud alright! I had wondered myself how much louder, if any, it would make a bike sound.

If your running individual (1 per carb) clamp on filters, the induction roar is louder than a legal pipe!
