Maybe the idle is too high, and the clutch is engaging at tickover. Try turning the idle screw on the carb, can't remember clockwise or anti, so you'll have to try both ways. My old mini moto once chewed up the clutch and it was locked in place, you could even bump start it!

yer its probably the idle screw on the carb. my mate had the same prob on his 125. i think it might be clockwise to give it less idle but you will soon find out when screwing it. Thumbs Up

yes it more then likey is idle screw & NO it aint clockwise its ANTI clockwise if it aint that then could be a airleak which raises the idle

but do obvious 1st Wink
