I can't seem to dig out the thread, i think maybe it was taken off for leagal reasons.
Bascially if you think back to autumn last year i was being messaged by a girl called Emma, she claimed she had been sexually assulted by an older guy.

Well after months of doubt and feeling quite silly that I may have been led on by some internet freak, she has mailed to confirm she has told her parents.
News is the cops are interviewing her now and getting enough evidence to send this bloke down, they may need my help also as I was exchanging emails with her.

Searching for the word 'Emma' from author 'killa' yields no results.

I think you're right in thinking it was taken off.

Korn scrubbed the forum of all 'dead' topics -id assume all topics not replied to within 2 months or such- when he reshuffled the forums.

Is a pain sometimes, but it has made the forum faster. I just suddenly remember a detailed post about soemthing i made aaaaaaaaaages ago and its not there anymore.

Oh well.

Don't they do that so that if she is too upset to testify in court they can use the video evidence?

I can understand it making her feel uncomfortable, but I can see the benefits of it.

Its normal procedure.

Vulnerable and intimidated witness's are 'Video Interviewed' which enables CPS to use the video evidence in court instead of her going and facing the suspect.
Its far better for her to do it this way as opposed to her facing the susp in the witness box and bottling it.
