I have BCF up at work all day, I don’t log on in the evening and at weekends, TBH I think I come on here the most because there is so much to read up about. Bikes, news, debates etc, I can spend a day floating on BCF and a few other pages and know exactly what’s going on in the world.

Have found a good partial cure for BCF addiction. My work web filter now blocks it, so I have no way of looking at BCF during the day. This means that I'm slowly weaning myself off BCF in time for the good weather, so no bad thing.

It has also amazed me how much work I've actually got done.
