Rome total war,
Empire Earth,
Age of Empires
Civilisation...

Age of empires 2 is the one I always play. Just got the 3rd one but haven't installed it yet.

"Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War" kicks ass too!

I have Age of Empires 3 just now but I can't really get into it. It's not a patch on C&C. Confused

C&C , C&C Generals, warhammer and the Lord of the Rings 2 version's of the same game type ROCK big time, still the best games to play online and we really should get some C&C gameing action going on a bcf night Wink.

Thumbs Up

I used to enjoy playing C&C, everytime i went into a room to join a game i would be kicked 9/10 of times. & when i did get a game everyone uses the cheats, other then this it could be a great online game.

what one do you play? I had red alert 2.

id love a bit of C&C Action again!

Someone organise it!

I have the original C&C - Loved that game, although it will only install in dos mode on the XP machines which blows. But im sure i can "source" a version of any C&C Game so we can play online. Generals was good because you could hide troops in buildings etc Laughing That was cool!

So, whos organising it, and what game we playing?

You can run C&C red alert on Xp pretty well. I played Sparky at it a few times a while back.

Why do you have trouble putting on your xp machines? runs on mine fine?

oh yes it sounds like your organizing a match night then Wink

maybe over the weekend? C&C or Generals ?

plus you will all need a legal version due to the updates you have to put on now to get online.
