Step 1:
Go to Tesco and steal a banana box. These can be found on the produce aisle.

Take as many as the number of cans you wish to package.

Step 2:
Place the can in the banana box to check the size is suitable.

Step 3:

Cut two tabs as shown, and remove excess material to the right of the tabs along the fold.

Step 4:

Fold the tabs you have just created to an angle of 90 degrees inwards. These will be used later, take care not to damage them.

Step 5:

Fold the remaining box material at a right angle so it sits flush along the tabs you have created. This will vary depending on the girth of your can.

Step 6:

To complete the packaging fold over the rest of the material and secure it with 'gaffa' or packaging tape. I suggest 'cucooning' it.

Take care, package safe.

Um. Git.

I thought you were showing us how to re-pack an exhaust can, not package one up!

How useful is that? Not very... unless you're selling one!

Next time, tell us how to re pack an end can please!? Smile

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Well I happened to be sending 2!

Mainly I was amazed how well it fitted in the banana box.
You'll look back on this when you need to post a can and think "God I love Gaz".
