when bikes arent working it can be annoying

when car drivers dont see you or pretend they havnt noticed you, it can be annoying

fortunately some bikes come with anti tank rockets

if they cut in front of me, its self defence when i fire because otherwise i might die going into the back of them

I can live with getting to work wet and cold, I can live with having to carry kit about, and I can live with the imminent crash should a tyre lose traction.

What I can't live with however is a fucking whinging girlfriend who just cannot see the point of a bike.

That's it,their only flaw, the fact that women just cannot accept them.

Would some of the female members on here mind getting together to help us guys out, and write a book entitled, "How to be a good bikers wife" or something.

Cheers. Wink

Velcro

The fecking stuff is everywhere on bike gear, and everything sticks to everything else.

If I havn't done the collar on my jacket up perfectly it ends up sticking to my helemt lining, my Hi-Viz sticks to the jacket, and my gloves stick to the high viz, the fastening on my leathers stick to my boots and when I reach down to free them they stick to my gloves instead.

Then the velcro on my Foggy mask fails to stick inside my helmet and scratches my face.

AAARRGGH

If you put your leathers over your trousers/jeans as i do sometimes, you get to the petrol station, then remember you left your wallet in your trousers Laughing

My hair gets incredibly tangled up anytime I go anywhere.

Waiting for people to put on their gear when they're slower than you and people getting impatient waiting on you because you have more awkward gear than them.

You know, for a stunter - you should realy look at investing in a helmet Wink

The annoying thing for me is the heat and thus the sweating in summer time in full kit.

The short hassle of getting kitted up.

The constant arguements of getting the g/f to kit up before shes allowed on the back of the bike.

The way the slightest change in weather can affect your mood for the rest of the day - if its a sunny day, you enjoy riding, you have a good day. If its rainy - you have a crap day because you dont enjoy your riding. This gets annoying when you see that 1 lone cloud in the sky, and call off your trip to the seaside incase it rains, because you cant be bothered going 50 miles out of your way to get rained on when youve had a week of being rained on getting to work and back etc Laughing

But one of the most annoying, is people saying "Bikes are stupid, get a car!" - Im at the point now, that if someone tells me to get a car cos my bike is stupid, i will either hit them... or ignore them completely and start to dislike them. Laughing
