Not sure if its near the town hall as I don't know Leeds at all, but last year I went to visit my girlfriend there and left in in the multi storey at the train station and it was free Thumbs Up

Theres a car park right next to Leeds Met uni which a few ppl park sports bikes in. Also, theres a car park in the uni itself, near the art building just before you go over the dual carriageway bridge, that has
a security barrier and theres prolly bike park in there too.

Nearest place is probably the bike park by the art gallery (next to town hall) just off the headrow. I have parked there quite a few times (although not till quite as late) never had a problem Thumbs Up
