Heya,

Ive got a 4 stroke 125 Crosser, AND I FUCKING LOVE IT! Ive been off road on it everyday since I got it around these big forest areas ( which are hard to find considering I live at heathrow! )

Anyway, I always only rode for about 20 minutes then gave it a rest ( Or should I say give me a rest.. ) so it could cool down. But im planning to make a 40 minute trip on it, alot of long A roads and stuff, but some twisties and oppertunitys to go off road on the way Thumbs Up

My question, Will it last? Im pretty sure it will, I just dont want to fuck it up when Ive only just got it. I can always rest it halfway I surpose.

Yes, no problem at all. You could ride it flat out all day if you wanted to.

No reason why not if you look after it - change the oil regularly and check the level every day

I was out on a CG125 for about 4hours and had no problems

lol thats nothink. i did 90 miles 4h30 min on a gilera ice 50cc ped with no stoping. Laughing Laughing Laughing keeped loosing power but it woz fine

If it's a genuine crosser then these are very different from road bikes. Road bikes sacrifice performance for longevity and reliability, crossers don't.

40 minutes flat out should be no problem whatsoever for a trip, but a 40 minute one-way commute every day would be a different story.

Stick to the maintenance schedules (quoted in hours usually) Smile
