If it works wih the choke then its either too lean, or your air filter is falling off or a tear in the manifold somewhere. Have a look around the carb and look for holes in the manifold.
Have you done normal things like:
Change spark plug
Charge Battery
Check oil level
etc ? ____________________ DNA50 (sorry) ->> TZR125l >> GPZ500S |

A sign of 'too much fuel' is when tou take the plastic part (that goes up and down ) inside the carburettor out and it is dripping in fuel.
Another sign of too much or too little is usually the spark plug, but that may not have registered just yet as you havent really gone anywhere.
Try running it on the stand or very slowly down the street with the fuel cap open to see whether the breather pipes could be blocked.
Have a look in the TZR section of 125ccSB Forum to see whether there is an online guide there or just to repost your question as there is quite a few people with the imported TZR like yours.
Actually: Here is the very post with the user guide in
Good luck!  ____________________ DNA50 (sorry) ->> TZR125l >> GPZ500S |
