Alright guys, As the weather was nice today I decided to go for a ride.

While I was riding through Avebury, Marlborough and Hungerford I noticed plenty of "gangs" of bikers around and it looked like great fun, I even managed to ride with a few guys for a few miles and it was great.

As my mates are all faggots and turning to cars its basically me on my lonesome when it comes to riding now lol, and it can become a little boring when your not with mates or fellow riders.

All I want to know is there any guys from here that live in or near Wiltshire and go on regular rideouts as most of you guys seem to live quite a distance from me and seing as Im only on a 250 it seems a little pointless lol. I can keep up but travelling far distances to meet is a bit of a put off.

Ah, I see you have been riding my route to work Smile (Avebury - Marlborough - Hungerford - Newbury down the A4 Cool ).
I can often be found riding that road for shits and giggles, so if you want someone to ride with sometime send me a PM or post in the South West area.
It might be worth your while going to a few of the better meets in the area as well - The Red Lion in Avebury on a Sunday, The Lysley Arms in Chippenham on a Monday (I'll be there tonight Thumbs Up ) and get to know some local riders.

I'm doing my test on Monday and after that I will be up for rideouts. There are a few people in the area that I am in touch with.
Also I am having a bbq in July which you are more than welcome to come to. Am going to try and get as many bikers there as possible. I am in the Swindon area, you?

Yeh there are some fun roads around here (just right for the 250) and I attend the pub in avebury on some wednesdays (dont know the name) I havent been to the Lysley Arms before but it may be worth looking for it. Also, what bike you riding mate?

Hey good luck with your test and yeah that sounds good , cant say no to a bit of burnt chicken Very Happy . Im also in sunny Swindon ahem.

I seen that Moto Morini from your link in Steve lynhams while it was being MOT'd.

Random. I was there whilst it was being MOT'd. Was sitting up by the drink machine. I remember a few people there so either you were the bloke on his own or there was a father and son?

Yeh it was probably me on my own, Think I was after a rear tyre at the time.

Psycho, It looks like me and my old man will be down the Lysley Arms tonight, He'll be going down on the Goldwing (red) and I'll be down on my Tizzer. Cya there mate.
