Not been feeling too good these last few days, got a cold, sneezing, feeling weak etc.
So for some stupid reason I decided to go out on my bike on some back twisty(very) country roads, i've hardly ridden.
What a mistake, I should have known, as soon as I had my gear on I was feeling all hot and a bit out of it.
I goes to fill up , and and I overfill, petrol everywhere.
I then decide to try and take a hair pin right at about 70 miles per hour, I was not concentrating properly and nearly lost it trying to rub some speed off, sort of tried using front brake (slightly). I honestly thought I was going to have an off, don't know how I made it. My road positioning was crap, my body was more concentrating on having a cold than riding.
I then made 2 more mistakes going round another hair pin pend, I was looking at the ground at not where I was wanting to go. My mind wasn't in it, how stupid. I then go past a cross roads at about 60 and beeped a car who was turning right. (I should have seen the signs anticipated and slowed down).
Got home numb feeling, can't believe I went out. Won't ever do it
again.
I remember last time I was ill , I drove to work in the car and left the bike at home. ____________________ I've a twin and a 4.
