Just stripped the rear hub on a BROS400 a the hub was seized in the swing arm and the brake retainer plate was seized on the hub meaning you couldn't adjust the chain.

Managed to get it all apart after I finally got hold of a 46mm impact socket and now its going back together.

Got a choice of the following...

Copper grease.
HMP grease.
Standard bearing grease
Moly grease.

I reckon SBG for the bearings and then Moly on the splines to give a bit of a cushion and copper on the threads.

Then theres the ring part of the brake plate around the hub that was seized solid and can't really decide which grease to use on this. The clearance on this part is VERY tight so copper may cause a seize. Any suggestions?

Graphite?

Either by itself or mixed in with some moly grease.

Good idea. Sadly I have none and wouldn't know where to get any quickly.

You wouldn't need a lot. Pencils aren't expensive.
