I've just fitted a pair of Gilles rearsets. But I've found that the right pedal does not have a spring to make the brake pedal return to the non activated position. So when I use the rear brakes, it releases the pads after lifting my foot of the pedal, but it does not return to the original position, so the brake lights stay on.

Does anyone else have this problem? I have looked at the manual and there is nothing missing from the kit. The original rearsets had a spring to help return it to place, but I cannot seem to find a mounting place for this spring on the Gilles.

Most rear sets are designed for track use and don't make use of the brake light switch.
