Aint easy 'TIN'

I've lost 2 Labradors, one was only 6yrs the 2nd only made it to 9.

The last one especially knocked me sideways when she went as she'd been with my folks 250 miles away and i wasn't there when she went.
My eldest one 'Alice' is 11 now and the vet wanted her put to sleep 6 years ago due to chronic hip problems, however, the good old internet played a fantastic role and produced info on a drug called 'Synaquin' which has given her a VERY active new life Thumbs Up .

I'm dreading losing this one as she's my lil girl, greets me when i come home and wants for nothing but attention.
Alice is the yellow Lab, she's only just getting the bottle to swim after 11 years, old dogs & new tricks eh.

sorry to hear that TIN

we've got a 17yr old dalmation that can barely walk now and he is going blind aswell. it takes him 30mins to walk 50yrds so its looking like weve not got long left with him nowprobably only a few months at the most(we were saying this the same time last year aswell Rolling Eyes). and we have another dalmation which is his daughter who is also ill and is on medication so it looks like weve not got long left with her either, the house will be so empty Sad Crying or Very sad

But weve still got the jack russel but he will miss them aswell, all really good mates and enjoy playing together Sad

Really really sad to read that Tin. Always brings a lump to my throat when I read up about somebody loosing a pet. Not so much just a pet, but Dogs mainly. They are (as the old saying goes). "A mans Best friend".

keep ya chin up mate, Remember the good times.

Know how you feel TiN. I lost a loyal pal (german shep), when i was 17. They truly are top dogs. I had 'Garth' cremated when we had to have him put down.

Was Choy a 'Grey Sable' by any chance ?- he just looks alot like Garth did
