Restriction question

If I brought a bike that had been restricted before would I be able to just put the washers back in and use the old certificate. If so then I can save myself a tidy £200 Mr. Green

The certification isn't a legal document, don't believe the bullshit.

Long as it's 33BHP after the kits put back in it'll be fine.
