Haven't seen anything for this year and hope its the right section.

Anyway would anyone be up for a bcf trackday? Maybe june/july/august. Whenever suits me. Maybe a couple of people there to take photo's/watch too.

Should have either my fzr400 or zzr to take. Haven't done one yet and don't really have anyone to go with.

Any good??

Mark, try the Racing & Trackday's forum Laughing

Give us a shout, always up for a trackday, theres a Snetterton pace day first week in June, Brands Hatch would be a better one for a 400 although prices are quite expensive.

Ok i will ask bendy to move it. Smile

I have a feeling i might be doing it on the zzr as the 400 probably wont be ready and also it will be harder to transport there.

Just need to sort out some decent rubber. I will be insured from the 1st june until 20th september so any time between then is good. Very Happy

There'll be more and more people looking to book trackdays now the weather's improving. I'll be looking to do one a month from now until November(ish). Last year I did several with a few people from here, so just keep an eye out and see who wants to do what.

They are about £100 for the day aren't they?

Wouldn't mind doing quite a simple one. My dad did castle combe a few times but it seems like a huge track. Confused

Castle Combe is not huge, it's only 1.8 miles.... what you want is Silverstone GP; 3.2 miles!

Well it looked huge. When i was at brands i could see the whole part of the track they used for the bsb. At castle combe all you can really see from the pits is the home straight.

Yeah, that'll be in the Indy circuit at Brands, which is only 1.2 miles long. BSB also use the full GP circuit (later in the year) which is 2.6 miles. Castle Combe is pretty dull IMO, and expensive for a trackday. Plenty of better tracks! Thumbs Up

Seriously considering that one too. Bloody expensive for a trackday, but the GP circuit always is and I want to do it. Last ultra-expensive trackday I booked (Oulton Park), it rained so hard they wouldn't even let us out on track after the first session! Sad

Only for the Northern Monkeys! Razz

Having said that, I want to do Cadwell a couple of times this year. Gotta get my brother on the track there...

...and take the piss out of him.
