Yep well done the bike is at 1 degree of lean with you hanging off like a monkey. A true display of utterly pointless kneedowns.

It's true, the bike isn't really over much at all, he's just got these gangly knees sticking out a mile with his butt off the seat.

I can, and i think its pointless unless your cornering hard enough that you have to shift your weight to keep the pegs off the deck.

To be honest though, when your only messing around on a roundabout, it's probably the better way to do it as there's a lower chance of a low side (as your not sitting just on the edge of your tyres)

Plus there's a slight vision advantage as well.

Probably, but it looks ridiculous, I'm all for kneedowns if they actually help your cornering ability, that was pointless.

Well, getting your knee down on a roundabout rarely has a 'point', unless it's to improve confidence in your riding, which this probably was.

Hanging off like a monkey while cornering does though.
I tend to hang off during most riding, even when I'm no where near knee down. Not only does it help keep the bike in grip, but it means that it now comes a lot more naturaly for to do it properly when I'm on a race track.
One less thing to worry about when you're in the middle of 30 other riders cranked over, all trying to be in the same place Smile.

If you can get your knee down you can do that pretty easy, just lift your arm and leg off. It's not suporting the bike at all.

Actually I can, the only thing is I dont do it often because the last time I did it the bike was at full lean with the front wheel chattering, and I was riding on a very twisty road with a cliff drop on one side and a cliff face on the other, and I dont like to push that hard.

Don't you ride a 50cc in Spain? Many Spanish moped riders wear full leathers with sliders?

I smell bullshit.

I need more practice! It felt like I was about to fall off the bike when I first did it. Yea the hitler KD was the first time he done it... And he did it on my bike!!!!

Haha! You must have a lot of trust in him to let him do that!!

And as for KDing, just tilt the bastard, your tyres PROBABLY won't let go (I don't know what rubber you've got on). Honestly don't be scared of it, just DON'T snap the throttle shut, keep it rolling on. Just lean and slide your arse off the sit and stick your knee out!!

I expect to see development by next week Wink

And mark, it can't be THAT easy, surely you need to re balance yourself because your weight's shifted

In the second pic it looks like you might be doing it anyway, but I found that if you put your toes right on the footpeg (just your toes), and press your heel in HARD against the heelplate as if you're trying to get the swingarm, it will make your leg naturally come out.

I could NOT knee down unless I did this, and as soon as I tried it it came naturally Wink
