wen i put my indicators on then press my brake the brake light pulses any ideas would be grateful to any suggestions could it be a bad earth or lack ov power from the main cellunoid in the stator looks as though the cellunoid has a plastic or resin covering which has got a slight burn i have a spare would it be worth trying that?

It's a wiring not a charging problem, more than likely a bad earth as you say. Check out and clean up all the contacts on the round the rear light and indicators first then move to the switches if that doesn't cure it.
