Hi all,
I've been searching for a rear hugger for my 1998 kawasaki gpz500s, is there such a thing?? and if so who supplies them. Any help is much appreciated

I have looked quite extensively for one, and I'm fairly sure that no such thing exists. It may be possible to butcher another to fit, but I'd not hold out any great hope on that.

A lot of the gpz add ons seem to come from from Germany and that sort of area. Nobody does much for them in the UK.

I've never seen one but then again i haven't particularly looked.

I've also looked for one, because if any bike needs a hugger, it is the GPZ. No success.

I coated the rear shock in waxoil then covered it in a 'gaiter' made from an old car inner tube.
