Yamaha YZ , funny noises, think its the chain.... HELP!

Heya.

My YZ has suddenly started making this really loud noise, it isnt so bad when i accelarate ( and its not just because the engine masks the noise ) but when I let off the throttle.

It happend a couple of miles after I over tightend my chain, I got here back and loosend the chain off, now the noise wont go away, the sprockets seem ok and so does the chain, apart from the bottom right side of it, it seems to have wear on it? I tried everything like putting rubber where the chain tensioner is but it just dosnt work.

Any ideas?
