Can someone please give me a simple guide on how to setup rough sag. Me and a mate went through 2 guides I've found on the net and they dont make any sense, I'm not worried about exact settings just roughly.

As far as I see it, measure the suspension travel of your bike with the suspension fully extended. Sit on bike, fully geared with both feet on the pegs (hence beautiful assistant holding it upright), measure how much the suspension compressed or 'sags' by measuring the remaining suspension travel shown and subtract from your original figure.

Depending on the bike, I think you need to aim for 20-30mm front, and 15-20mm rear (not 100% on these figures though).

So say 25mm front and 15mm rear difference from zero weight to full weight?

I think so, might wanna check with Kickstart just to be sure, it may differ from bike to bike depending on damping settings, I'll check the Blade later.

It does really depend on the bike and how you ride.

You could try setting your sag somewhere between 20 - 30mm at both ends and see how it feels.

If the bike is tending to run wide whilst accelerating out of a corner you could either add more preload on the front or reduce preload on the rear to sharpen up the geometry of the bike.

Once the bike is getting near to feeling ok, you could fine tune it further by using the compression damping too
