Yep, after donkeys years riding, This morning I had the inevitable SMIDSY. White van pulled out on me on a town road, I thought it best to try and go round the front rather than T bone the side, and got tagged off. Result -- one broken elbow, and various bruises and pains. Luckily I fell into the path of a paramedic on her way to work, so was well looked after .. The bobbies gave the van driver a fixed penalty for driving without due care which should help with my insurance Bike looks semi knackered, front fairing is totalled on one side Thanks to the lady biker who stopped to see if i was ok. Take care out there folks, i'm off for a lie down
