I've just opened up the new CSS server for you twats to play on. its a 32 slot server with a tick rate of 75 (no need for higher than 66 really)

I dont play CS, but i know enough about the steam engine to say that 100 tick is the best and it IS a noticable change from 75, the hitboxes will lag behind/infront of the other players depending on their ping and rate

Arrow 33 tick is the default rate and
Arrow 66 is regarded as a good rate and many MANY servers use this tick rate.
Arrow 100 tick on the client end uses more bandwidth and requires your ping to be low and your rates set correctly. on the server side it needs a high end server and very fast connection. their is no room for slack either side and if its not set correctly can cause some strange effects

Arrow 75 is an excellent tick.
