I live in the Allerton end of Wavertree, which is quite nice.

I've lived in Crosby too, which is good, and also Waterloo, but slightly more chavvy.

Woolton is also nice, but will be expensive.

Aigburth is good, but very studenty.

One of my mates lives in Halewood, not had any trouble and the houses are nice, but fucking full of chavs most of the time.

Toxteth is starting to get a bit better, as students are invading the area.

Stay away from:

Old Swan
Kensington
The Dingle
City Centre
Norris Green
Smithdown Road
Huyton
Speke
Garston
Anfield
Walton
Bootle
Litherland
Everton

Very good places

Allerton
Crosby
Woolton
Formby
St Michaels
Childwall (Excellent Motorway access)

Goodish places

Wavertree
Waterloo
Aigburth
Halewood.

Any area in particular you're looking to go to? L'pools a big place! Smile

In and around Woolton is quite nice. (where I am)

Woolton hill itself is quite pricey, but around it is average price.
Estates are pretty much your bog standard 1920's semi's.

Few Chavs around, but not too many.
Never had any problems.

Apart from that, anywhere along Aigburth road & around Sefton park are quite nice.

N.B. Avoid Kensington & deepest darkest Toxteth.

Also I know nothing about North Liverpool, apart from that most of it looks like shotgunville.

It's ok to work in mate.

You can easily commute to bootle, and live in most places, it's very accessible.
