just go somewhere any try some on. different helmets fit people differently, so just go for something with a good fit for you.

Although my instructor did advise gerring a helmet with contrasting colours because others can detect head movement more quickly than a plain coloured helmet.
I have a Nitro also!

ive got a nitro atm and its a perfect fit and it does make me feel safe which is a good thing and it has lots of vents on so its ncie and cool XD
