Really unimpressed with them at the moment i have been looking for a job in the motorcycle industry for the past month or so and infinity have driven me mad to say the least .

It all started about a month back when i went in there and asked about the possibility of a job I was imedietly told they had too many staff already so not a chance fair enough, the next day my missus walks in (not knowing i had been there before) asks for a job and gets one the same day! She then tells me apparently they are desperate for staff so i went and spoke to there sales manager who told me to hand in my cv which i did, 1 week passes i go chace them up to be told no just hired someone dont need you, today i went there again with a mate just having a look around he asked about a job they said come in for an interview monday!!!

That sucks dude, however, it sound to me like they are not very good at saying they dont want you and you are not very good at taking a hint... You tried a different branch? would be a lovely job.... i wonder what the staff discount is.

yeah i kno just annoys me that coz the missus has tits she gets a job discount is 30% off everything bar the bikes

and yeah i have tried every bike shop in a 30 mile radius of my house got my second interview with triumph on monday

ahh... look on the positive side, you get the 30% discount through the missus, hopefully you get the the triumph job (i can picture it... Yes boss i will just take that speed triple to the boys in the gagage, tell them ile be a couple of hours.... Smile

dont need to blag it if i get the job i get a company bike they dont like staff not riding triumphs

its a sales position but not just your normal 9-5 gotta go on ride outs etc be at the triumph stand at shows etc

I wouldn't take it personally but they prolly just didn't think you were right for the job. I'm a shop manager and regulary take in CV's but quite a lot get stuck straight in the bin. Nothing personal, and they'd prolly be good but just not right for us.

As for your missus getting a job you'd be suprised how easy it is for women staff to take lots of $$$$ of men.
