Peugeot Speedfight 2 50cc frame 100cc engine

i have a major problem with my bike at the moment and need some help, i currently have 1 peugeot speedfight 2 50cc bike and 1 peugeot speedfight 2 100cc bike.

The 100cc frame was all bent so ive taken out the engine and tried placing it on the 50cc frame. it fit in like a treat and all cables are fine. i tried starting it up and it just wouldnt have it, im a bit scared its a immobiliser problem as ive heard thats costly. ive put the 100cc CDI unit on the 50cc frame along with the engine. the only thing from the 50cc bike thats on there now is electrical wires.

u do realise there are 2 types of imob on the speedfights?. Id suggest ripping the loom off the 100 and putting it on the 50 cos I bet you have 2 different imob's which have different wiring and your using the old wiring for the wrong imob.

engine swap is no probs everything fits so thats ok.
if they are both sf2 engines the wiring is the same and its just a case of swapping barrels and cdi as the keys are different codes. i take you did do that
