Hi,

I have two rolls of film, 24 negatives on each. I'd like to get them put in to digital format on CD. Anyone recommend a good place on the high street where I can get this done?

Cheers.

Surely any photo place can do this?

(Doesn't this belong in random banter?)

Yeah, but surely some are cheaper and/or better than others.

Any good place should be able to do it, if they are in negative format on not cut up it should only take a lab all of 10minutes.

Boots is probably your best bet, but jessops are better so go there if there is one around.

Shouldnt cost more than £3 for the CD, and both films should go on the same CD. Dont take BS from the shop saying they can only put one film on one CD because that is crap. I remember that a Kodak Picture CD could hold about 90photos at once, and the 'generic' CD would be about 400.

If you really want to be techy get a sample CD from each of the local developeres and check the resolution of the photos, some are better than others.
