You dirty buggers! I know what you were thinking! Rolling Eyes

The Mrs came in today with a new juicer type thing. 'Hmm' I said. 'What happened to the other one we had?'

'Nothing' She replies - 'Thats a liquidiser!' Confused Confused Confused

Juicer...liquidiser....WTF! have these women not got anything better to spend their money on than two items that do exactly the same thing?!

Confused

[Looks poncy]

*Uggh, a liquidiser doesn't juice something, it just blends it into a fine mush. A juicer allows you to strain out all the juice, and leave the crap behind. Even though you get rid of a large portion of the vitamins that way. It's how those Innocent smoothies are made.

[/Has a pint of stout, to prove he's not a ponce]

So a Liquidiser is like a old chop with all the nessacary bits thrown in....A juicer is a refined sports bike in all its minamalistic glory but lack of character?

I can't belive i'm comparing the two Rolling Eyes

Juicers and liquidisers are only the same thing if you like stalk, seeds and apple core in your apple juice.

Whats best is, she wont use either of them. we have had numerous juicers/blenders over the years, probably get used 3times then sit in a corner till we sunddenly need a new one..

Laughing Exactly! When she realises it costs about £4 for a pint of orange juice, it'll sit their gathering dust for years. That's why they're so cheap!
