Get a pipe. Doing much more is pointless.

Find a cliff, go over it. You'll get up to about 80.

Failing that, put neons on it! Wink

if you have money to burn buy the following for that extra 1mph and some tart value.

Leo Vince ZX
Malossi Clutch
Malossi Variator
Malossi 70cc big bore kit
and a new carb

that should see you doing about 55mph not bad for £500 ay.

Neither, it's the pink one. That's why not many people have one, it's a guarded secret.

If you make it lighter it will go faster, have you tried inflating your tyres with helium?

I had a big bore kit on an RS125 years ago, it went bang twice. First time was shortly after I'd got it up to it's fastest ever speed. Wink

Yeah but the r125 engines have a rep for going bang after being big bored, however 50's can last perfectly well with big bores.
As said, get a big bore, a new carb(21mm would probably be good) and a pipe. Dunno about variators and that shit but you you'll probably need one aswell. Oh and a new clutch.

21mm will most likely drown a 50cc scooter........i had a 21mm on my aerox 100 it was 19mm standard friend had a 22mm on aerox 100 but he lost mid-range power.

Id say just rejet it dont bother with a bigger one, be a waste of money

Trade it in.

Fit a powerband.

Buy a turbo charger.

A big bore kit if anything would make it more reliable... Providing you get the jets right ect.

Doubt it, you're putting the bearings, crank etc under a fair bit more strain than what they were originally designed for.

gearboxgeezer had recently fitted a big bore kit and his bike has not gone bang (yet)

however he started off with a 125 and i think 50cc bikes are more fragile for fitting big bore kits to

go for a cast iron 70 kit if you want reliability.

on my typhoon i had...

Malossi cast iron 70 kit (£80)
Technigas BAsic Exhaust (£60)
Malossi Variator (£30)
5.5g Rollers (£10)

and i paid £20 tog et it jetted at a shop. I ran the bore kit in for 1000km and it ran like a dream after that!

Bike would fly upto 50mph (clock speed)

i got a 2nd hand Gianelli Exhaust off my mate for £20 and i could get it off the clocks which went upto 50mph, but everyone knows ped clocks are WAY out
