Hi
You have put me in an awkward position. Put it this way, if you do replace the fairing then I want your original indicators! And fairings.
However it will be a fair amount of work. Chances are that you would have to modify an R6 bracket to fit. Fitting the side fairings would be probably mean making up some brackets (very unlikely the mounts are anywhere close).
Added to which, not sure the TZR charging system would be up to running twin headlights.
While possible I would doubt it is an easy job.
Think the TZR50 fairing would be far too small.
All the best

Hi
Depends on how standard looking you want it. Would be fairly easy to bodge on some cheap aftermarket indicators and an LED rear light.
To be honest though, is it worth it. That looks like an very nice stock early TZR. Anything you do to it will reduce its value and cost a load. It would be cheaper to just buy an Aprilia RS250 instead and have something faster, better handling and more modern.
All the best
