Registering the Accident

Guys,

As i guess most have read I had an unsavourly and foolish accident yesterday which leads me having to ring my insurance company. Ringing them in an ASAP thing, and i couldn't do it yesterday due to being at the hospital and then not being able to move much lt alone get back to my parents to get the douments. I have tried today and got a pre-recorded message that their phones are open till 6 its just turned six now and i have tried a few times thoughout the day.

So its gonna be tomorrow till they know, do they get arsey about this? and what are the implications of it?

I'm not looking for slating i just need clear answers, for all those who gave me bollocking i'm well aware in hindsight how foolish it was and i shant be doing it again, that was too close a shave for me. I just now want to get this sorted and move on
