Scince the death of al-Zarqawi in iraq there have been hundreds of raids on insergents in iraq. Did they kill him or is he sitting on a nice little earner or being tortured somewhere.

if they already knew about the other targets for raiding why didn't they already do it ??? surely it wouldn't have mattered if he was dead or alive if the information was there anyway and it might've helped to find him.

When I heard about the death of Al-Zarqawi my initial thought was 'why didn't they arrest him'? They did with Saddam, so why not this guy. Especially as they had troops in the immediate area (they went straight in after the bombs to make sure they had him and to take the pictures).

So - maybe they didn't kill him. Maybe they are do have him locked up somewhere but would prefer everyone to think that he is dead to avoid the human rights bollocks that stops them torturing him for intel and the inevitable show trial to follow.
