Got the chance to llok at 2 bikes tommorow but i can only see 1 lol.
Getting a lift there and have to tell the lad taking me where we're going - in the next half hour so, my choices are.....

GSX400R - G Reg , Black & Grey all original with race & road can - good condition + tax & test = £1000

VFR 400 NC 24 - Yellow in colour , seats professionally recovered , tax & test = £795

Which will be best lads ????

depends on the condition of them one might be a dog one might be immaculate. Go see them both..ring the buyer up and tell them you will be late or you will come the next day. Sods law says that the one you choose will be a dog.
Its allot of money to buy a bike that someone on a forum likes and you don't.

True , well i'm off for a look at the VFR tonight , the GS has sold and the Gixxer is more costly if the VFR is in good shape .

What brought me to this conclusion was , the VFR is a honda ( good engine ) and has a lot more parts available than the Gixxer - also it has had a mature female owner so is less likely to have been rode into the ground - i hope Thumbs Up

Good luck with the bike, hope it's in good condition.

If she's hot, try and pull her Thumbs Up Mr. Green.

Well she was a mum in her late 40's with three brats - however the bike was in a lot better condition and a lot younger . Iam now the proud owner of a VFR 400 NC 24 Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Only thing wrong with the bike is the tank protector which very unfortunatley has " Bitch on Board " written on it Laughing
