Those lumpy fatty things under the skin, that lots of people have, are they called lipomas ?
I always called them cists, anyway, those lumpy things which are quite harmless, can they sometimes cause problems?
Cos, I keep getting pins and needles in my left hand, specially the little finger, and ring finger and part of the palm. On the inside of my elbow, right over the join, there is quite a large flat cist thing. Can these things cause pins and needles?
I've had it on and off for at least a month now. At first I put it down to stinging nettles, when I was coming home from the pub.
It's getting really annoying. I guess if it is that, there's nout the NHS would do about it? |

Sounds like pressure on your ulnar nerve, somewhere high in the arm. Get your GP to refer you to a hand surgeon. A small operation should sort it out. The lumps you describe may be neurofibromas, a benign and usually harmless nerve tumor. The doctor examining you should be able to tell you. |

My dad had a heart-attack, and now has a pace maker fitted.
But, no, I don't think I'm having a heart-attack, the symptoms are all wrong. |
