rite... i need to remove my forks to get the straitened.

basically iv never done this before and need some advice
i dont have a yoke paddock stand, what else could i use, or do i need to buy 1 ?
any special tools needed ?

If your bike has a centre stand use that. Stick some weight on the back of the bike, that'll keep it up.
Either that or have the front of the bike lifted using ropes etc. in your garage shed.
Normally the forks are held on with allen bolts, so a good set of keys and away you go.

there isnt a centre stand, tis only a fiddy, there really is no where to secure ropes in my garage, could it be done my removeing all the fairings and my exhaust and proping up the bike using the bottom of the frame with bricks or what ever ?

Yes you can, obviously just be carful when it's balancing.
You could also put a pole through the frame and list it onto somethinh higher.
