licence question

hi, my dad has recently passed his full test, and he has one of the ancient pink paper licences in a little pouch. I cannot find any information as to what to send to the DVLA for him to get the category A endorsement on his licence within the 2 year limit. Anyone done this? does it cost ?

Sounds like he should do the photocard form and send that along with his test pass certificate. £19 by the look of it.


Make sure he photocopies his licence and pass certificate before sending them off, been rather too many DVLA cock ups of late.
