One can't help but feel that anyone who volounteers for such a job must have some sort of axe to grind.

The article states they will be able to issue NIP's for various 'offences' as well as the seizure of vehicles for anti social driving (whatever the feck that is)

That is way too much power for a prick with a clipboard.
