hi running in my new bike, but did have a little slip of the throttle but two things i have found out are

A) the bike will not rev over 8 000 rpm, (clocks go up to 13 000) Could this be a restrictive measure or maybe to help running in of the bike.

B) the bike will not go over 73 mph, when the top speed is supposed to be 85mph (digital speedo so much less chance of displayed speed being wrong)

The bike won't rev past 10k rpm as thats where the limiter is.

Don't try going flat out while running it in. The bike will loosen up as you put more miles on it.

A digital speedo is just as in-accurate as an analogue one.

I think 80mph is a more realistic speed to expect from it..

lmao

change gear? its variomatic... there are no gears Laughing

but i agree with the speed... my dna 125 used to clock 78mph if the wind was behind it. i'd expect much more out of the 180. I'd say take it easy anyway.. you shouldnt be ragging it during run in time!
