when you pass your test is it best to get a 250cc or a bigger bike restricted to a 33bhp?? what would happen if you get caught, lets say with a de-restricted suzuki badit 600 what would happen?? ____________________ k.skelly....aprilia RX50 (stolen) | fzr 400 1988. restricted | Bandit 600 | Gsxr 750 SRAD, 1999. |

riding a 33bhp bike say a cb250 = insurance and power of a CB250
riding a Bandit 600 restricted to 33bhp = bandit 600 insurance (power restriction is normally not counted) and power of a CB250,
if you get caught it might be a case of driving not in accordance with your licence which is an unknown number of points and a fine.
Thing is we have a law called the new drivers act , get 6 points for ANY offence on the roads within 2 years of passing your test = you lose your licence and have to start from scratch (CBT/theory/Test) , I am unsure if this means an extended test too. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die.
