i dont wanna buy a complete socket set, so im just gonna get about 3 sockets off ebay that are likely to be right

if anyone knows the size for a tt600, great
kawasaki zx6r probably next best, otherwise, any sizes of other sports 600 wheel nuts appreciated.

yes i can measure it, but my measuring wont be very accurate.

Your measuring will be accurate enough, I would have thought.

Got a feeling the TT may be an odd size.
J model ZX6 is 32mm.

I got myself a 19-50mm 3/4" drive socket set for not that much from ebay, especially as it came with a decent size breaker bar which I also wanted.

I needed a 36mm socket which cost a few quid, so it made sense to get the set (and I always wanted an extra-big chunky tool! Wink Razz ).

Hi

Generally a 24, 27 or 30, but there are always exceptions (such as the RS125 which is 25mm, a size that no general motor factors shops stock).

All the best

Keith

The CBR is a 27 I think, and since the TT6 is a blatent copy it may well be the same.

Ok, maybe your measuring isn't that great Smile.

Suspect it is 27mm which is a lot more likely size.

in terms of components i think its more zx6r than cbr600, as i know a lot of zx6r bits can be used on a tt600, but havnt heard of cbr600 bits that are interchangeable

i know a zx6r race can fits on a tt600 for example

if 27mm is more of a standard size, my 28mm may be a bit big i guess, i'll see in a few days

Race cans only come in about three different link pipe sizes, so it's no surprise that one fits. CBR footpegs fit a TT6, I know, and the Triumph fork seal tool was a perfect fit for my CBR forks.

However, I was really making reference to the visual similarities, the TT600 looking like a CBR600 that's been left next to the radiator for a little too long.

i think the yellow and black tt600 looks a bit like the yellow and black cbr600 you have, but i like the yellow on the cbr600 better
