I Just Threw An RGV Hugger On The GS!

Yup,

Spent yesterday morning cutting and modding to fit, an RGV250 rear hugger, and attatching it to the GS5 Thumbs Up

Its a fairly standard and common mod with the GS500's, but i realy think it gives a better look than the standard chain guard Thumbs Up

Anyway, heres how the day went:

Started off with the Original Chain Guard:

Then after a dry fit, and a bit of pencil marking i made the first few cuts:

I then spotted this from my garage door Shocked

Although ok, its a fairly basic mod - and its nothing amazing... it is the first mod that i have /realy/ modded for the GS5.

Ok so i have "Aftermarket" parts etc on the bike, but i think this is the first proper part i have personally Modded to fit Thumbs Up

Identical to the hugger on my Bandit 250!

Might have to have a go at mutilating mine when i get the bike sorted Rolling Eyes

Oh and respray the hugger, looks miles better, trust me Wink
