My friend did a round the world trip and gave me his camera. I forgot to backup the card and just picked it up to have a look and none of the photo's are on the card. 
There are no backups or anything. I must have formatted it or something. Fuck fuck fuck fuck etc
Anyway in hell the pictures can be restored??? |

yes
i have a prog somewere that can rescue from any mediea ie hdd usb pens and all cards
but i cant lay my hands straight on it, maybe some time tomorrow.
I found it  i,ll pop it on the ftp for you m8.
Infact i found 2 or 3 for you, one is even for recovering photos,
Damn i,m good.

I also hear you might have a programme that can compile a lsit of say whats in a certain folder on a hard drive. For example...I want a lsit of all the movies I have on my F drive but can't be arsed to type them up....
Got anything?

thats why film cameras are still the best things to bring along on trips.
that said my sisters epic 9 month trip across india was lost at max speilmans two rolls of it anyway , while the other 70 rolls were ok.
