hi im 6ft 6in and riding a DNA 50 at the moment but i would like to get a NSR 125 soon and was wondering are they built for tall people?

as im finding bikes aren't really made for tall people such as myself.

or could anyone give me some tips for bikes for tall people, thanks

trailies all of them , or the part trailie part road type machines (which are in reality road machines but with trailie styling and are like modern 4x4s and can't really be taken off the road , unless you mean the BMW GS1150)

Someone at 5'6" will tell you it feels cramped., someone else at 6'6" will tell you they feel comfortable on one. It's down to personal preference.

Only way to be sure is to have a go on one.

yea ive seen the traillies, im a big fan of superbikes. dream bike is a Ninja/Fireblade... but scared that when im old enough to ride them that i will be to big for them.

does anyone know any bike dealers in Sheffield area?

2003 (and before) GSXR1000? , those babies seem enormous , and got much smaller in 2004 and 2005.

CMC on Savile Street are alright.
Maybe try Bennets on Sheffield Road in Barnsley, although they have been known to be a bit cheeky with the bikes they sell on (saw someone's ninja they got from there, when they took the plastics off the downpipes had been dinted, so probably had an off). RTT in Barnsley normally have a few adverts in their window too. 2, Hoyland Rd, Hoyland, Barnsley, S74 0LY

I take it you're soon to be turning 17?

im 6' 2" and im quite comfertable on my nsr, i cant wait till the drive chain gets here tomorrow so i can ride the damn thing Wink

CMC has sold their sheffield store along with all the existing staff to the company's operations director Frank Hayes. The Show room is now called Sheffield Motorcycle Center and it's business as usual down on Saville street in Sheffied!
