How can I regulate the exhaust valve (Y.P.V.S) in Yamaha TZR 125??

what do you mean re: regulate?
Do you mean open it up and lock it down or put the proper kit on it?
I had a tzr125L and locked the valve in the wide open position. Made it very unfriendly at the bottom end and revvy at the top end.
TBH the pukka kit is the way forward as it knackered the rings with the valve wide open.....

It must open on 7000 rpm, but it is opening on 9000 rpm, and bike has a powerhole on 7-9 trpm. How can I set, when he must open??

If you have a haynes manual, get one and look at the DT125 bit at the back.

Otherwise make sure the hole in the top of the black plastic part lines up with the marking hole on the side of the barrel, by adjusting the cable length with the adjusters. If your not sure post a photo of the plastic bit in the starting position (before the engine starts but ignition is on)

No the real power is between 8-11000 rpm, it wont open fully until then anyway.

If its lined up then it will be alrite. To be honest you shouldnt be revving it to 9000rpm in neutral anyway.
