Day Of Champions

Anyone going to the Day of Champions on the 29th Jun?

Has anyone been before?

Myself and hubby are going for the first time and am not really sure what to expect when we get there.

I'm pretty new to this forum so would also just like to say hi to everyone, am enjoying reading your posts and am finding some helpful advice and tips. (ok so that sounds a bit lame but we've all gotta start somewhere!)

yes, me and 5 friends from school are going for the entire weekend, we went last yr and had a blast despite the shite weather

We found the day of champs to b the best day of the 4 we were there tbh, i hope u av pit passes and not just ordinary tickets as this makes it much better

We met most of the riders last year just walking round the pits, got up close to most of the bikes and got loads of stuff signed - A signed poster of rossi now sits proudly on one of groups wall

If you havent got pit passes, make the most of the day and then go see the auction at the end, always a gud laugh and most of the racers make an appearance

One thing thou, arrive EARLY especially for the pits, the queing last year was crazy, lookly we were very near the front of it

Looks like we can expect to have a good day then, and yes we have pit passes so will make sure we arrive good and early!
