Hello there,

Been making a movie for a lil while now, its not finished i just wanted to see what you guys thought about it and if you liked it so far.

https://www.nutty.tk/dan/2Stroke_preview.wmv

Its about 15mb... its not big, i just wanted to keep some quality.

Be nice to get some feedback about it.
I'll finish it when i can get NSRdude to come down and help me film again!

Taken three days to get where we are now.

Also, there are some credits for the end not really interesting... just thought i'd put them here too.

https://www.nutty.tk/dan/2Stroke_credits.wmv

This was all made on a sony digital camera and windows movie maker, so don't expect a block buster.

enjoy!

No sound on this PC, but vid looked fairly well edited at least.

I would have sidelights on at the most when filming in those conditions.

Ignoring the massive other amount of 'safety nazi' stuff I could comment on - wearing a chain around your body while riding isn't a great idea - can easily brake quite a lot of bones if you landed on it.

yeh its good, the nsr looks especially good i think that is what makes it so nice... Very Happy
Could do with some better camera angles and on the same point maybe a bit closer to the bike too.... Thumbs Up

That's actually one of the best bike videos I've seen off this forum. Ok so no wheelies or 100mph passes (once you've seen one, you've seen them all right?) but the video eidting is very good and the camera angles ace. Good camera work.

Music was good too but don't underestimate how much people like to hear the sounds of bikes. Laughing Try and mix the two perhaps.

Impressed. Thumbs Up

P.S The way the music calms down when the rider on the dt is shown is quite good too although was it meant on purpose. Laughing

I've only been able to film from one bike so far...
So the best is yet to come when i can get some really good angles from bike to bike, not that i'm giving away the plot at all..
I was thinking about adding the bike sounds in, and probably will do nearer the end, thanks for the comment!

Glad you liked it.

If you mean when is the movie going to be finished, i have no idea.

When its dry (hahaha)
And when i can get NSRdude and the DT owner down here.
The ending and rest of it is going to be really good, have amazing scenes planned...

Also, if you want something else to look at while you wait,

This is something i made for a friends bike before a car crashed into it and wrote it off (and nearly him)

It was an MZ SM 125 4t. All the sounds of bikes are from the bike, its probably the best sounding 125 going. This is with its standard pipe.

https://nutty.tk/dan/MZ_SM125_RIP.wmv

Sorry about the poor camera quality, didn't have my good camera back then.

Enjoy, let me know what you think!

Dan

Yep, the MZ is a real machine for a 125 4t. If you take the rubber insert off the top of the airbox it sounds even better, and is police baitingly loud!

Thanks for hosting it! Thumbs Up
And i'm glad every one likes it so far.

The MZ did sound awesome... untill the t bone with the porsche...
And we had taken the top off the airbox, never got in trouble though.. although anyone we knew thought it was a 400!
Only thing that i've seen that comes close to the MZ for sound is the sachs XTC, but the MZ was deeper.

Thanks for all your good comments so far.

i'll try and finish it soon, got to get the people together and have a nice day though.

The end of the video will be amazing! ( i hope )

Thanks again,

Dan
