Firstly lets make sure its not a DNS issue.

Try going to https://www.jolt.co.uk

If what your saying is correct that should not work, then try this

https://82.133.85.65/

If it is a DNS issue the jolt website should now appear.

A DNS issue would be when your computer has problems converting a domain name into an IP address. I thought it could be this since comonly used websites IP address would be stored in the cache and thus would still work without DNS being up to date.

At this point the only thing I can recommened is using the repair feature on your network device, this basically clears some caches out and grabs your IP and settings again, sometimes fixes some trivial issues.

Start | Control Panel | Network Connections | Right click the relevant one | Repair

Sorry I couldn't be of more help

A quick google search found this. Not what you need but it may tide you over until you sort the problem?

someone wrote:
This occurred on one of my home PC's, but not the other - even though they both use the same BT ISP.
I got arround the problem by clicking the 'Close' button on that screen, then when prompted to allow the window to close I decline. This then takes me to my desired location.

edit:

it seem you're not the only one being sent to this page...

Something up with BT?
